Tattooing & Piercing Policies

  • Absolutely no drugs or alcohol are allowed anywhere on the premises. Any client failing to comply with this policy will be immediately asked to leave and will be prohibited to return. This is a ZERO tolerance policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client under any condition we see fit.

  • No client will be tattooed and/or pierced without signing the wavier and consent form.

  • No person will be tattooed under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present (must have proof of age and relationship). Proof of identification includes: birth certificate, driver's license or passport.

  • No person will be pierced under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present (must have proof of age and relationship). Proof of identification includes: birth certificate, driver's license or passport.

  • No designs with racial or demeaning content will be tattooed.

Appointment Policies

  • Before booking an appointment we require a deposit of $50 for tattoos. Deposits are non refundable.

  • If you missed your tattoo appointment without 48 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay an additional deposit to reschedule your appointment.

  • There is a 30 minute grace period for being late for your tattoo appointment. After this expires we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

  • If you missed your tattoo touch up appointment without 24 hours notice you will be required to pay a fee of $25 for lost time.

  • If you missed your piercing appointment without 24 hours notice your be required to pay a fee of $15 for lost time.

  • All clients are required to pay for the tattoo prior to starting. We do not accept personal checks. Only cash, debit, VISA Mastercard, or Discover

  • Absolutely no in-store credit or tabs for anyone.

There is 0 tolerance for the above policies. This applies to everyone.

Touch-up policy

Touch ups are FREE only if the imperfections were a direct result of the tattooing procedure. If the imperfection were caused by improper aftercare or physical abuse there will be a $25 charge for the touch up. This charge will cover the cost of the supplies required for the touch up. This policy does not include the following areas; Foot, Inner Wrist, Back of Neck, Lower Hip, Bikini Line, Belt Line.

Terms & Conditions
• Requests must be made after 4 weeks but before 10 weeks of the original tattoo sitting date.
• All tattoos have some type of minor imperfections due to the nature of your skin (skin is not paper). If the imperfections are not clearly visible the $25 charge will apply.
All Policies are Non-Negotiable.
